昊星JQB型柱塞式气动浆料泵系列
一、产品概况:
昊星JQB型柱塞式气动浆料泵系列(简称:气动浆料泵、气动泵、浆料泵,又名:气动泵插桶泵、气动防爆插桶泵柱塞式、油桶泵、气动活塞泵、气动柱塞泵、气动浓浆泵、气动往复泵、气动打胶泵、气动抽液泵,气动防爆不锈钢泵,皮革喷浆泵、高粘度浆料泵、气动泵浦、打浆料泵浦)广泛应用于人造革、移膜革、压延革、彩涂板、印染、医药、涂层、化工、纺织、喷漆、喷涂、薄膜镀铝、彩钢瓦、油墨、日化、环卫、矿产、塑料助剂、中间体、PU发泡、PVC、有机溶剂等领域行业的低、中、高黏度液料输送。适用于介质高粘度(VIS)≤12万CPS/25℃的化工浆料及其它原液料,本泵具有防爆、防沉淀、耐腐、耐用、低噪音、节能、体积少、重量轻、易操作、稳定性好等功能,是一种很理想的移动输送设备。
JQB型气动浆料泵产品是引进国外 工艺研制而成的,工作原理是采用气压差的作用,使活塞上下运行,带动导料活塞开闭,起到提料的作用。调整给气动浆料泵工作气体的流量与气压来控制和气动泵调节送料流量。结合感应开关能使之自动化流程工作。

三、使用方法:
1、首先,应保证气动管路(压缩空气气源管道)连接符合要求,大气压能够稳定达到0.5~1.5MPa范围,并将气动管路牢固地连接在气动浆料泵进气咀上,这时将油杯注入润滑油后拧紧,把气动浆料泵导料管(吸料口)正确放入所要输送的料桶(料池或其它容器)内。
2、将耐腐蚀软管连接出料口接至送料地点。
3、气动浆料泵进气阀呈关闭状态,然后将气源管连接进气阀接头。开始操作时请扳动控制气阀,要开启和关闭反复测试至无异常,根据所需浆料流量来开启进气阀,调节气动浆料泵运行频率,即可工作运转。
四、注意事项:
1、昊星气动浆料泵工作时,泵的进气咀前端气动管路上必须安装空气过滤器、油雾器使其处在 工作状态。
2、昊星气动浆料泵在使用时,发生油杯处渗漏浆料应把油杯拧紧, 如拧到底后还有泄漏现象可将油杯拆下,加上密封垫片两块重装。
3、昊星气动浆料泵在清洗时,首先将吸料装置拆下,再把气缸和吸料管分解开,将提动柱塞(活塞)从吸料管下部抽出进行清洗.........
五、维护保养:
1、昊星气动浆料泵在使用过程中防止撞击缸体部位避免变形,发生气动柱塞(活塞)卡死现象,造成故障或以致严重报废。
2、昊星气动浆料泵气动柱塞(活塞)在运行1000000余次后,根据空压机送气过程中水份积留情况应清缸体,涂注30#优质润滑油。
3、昊星JQB型气动浆料泵如经久不用,应在溶剂内工作状清洗,防止浆料冻结,阻塞导料管而产生故障。
六、使用范围:
昊星JQB型气动浆料泵可输送酸、碱、盐、油品、饮料、塑料助剂、聚酯、聚合物等介质,特别是适用于化工、石油化工、精细化工、染料化工、环保、水处理、医药、食品等行业。
