用途：自动洗罐器又名洗罐球. 万向洗罐球, 旋转洗罐球,自动洗罐球,球形洗罐球,喷头型清洗球, 洗罐球、卫生级焊接清洗球/焊接式旋转清洗球/对焊式清洗器/洗罐器、焊接式旋转清洗球、不锈钢双循环洗罐器、360度旋转洗罐器、牛角式洗罐器、可应用于各种大、小型密封容器的内壁自动清洗，如清洗铁路罐车、棚车、各种化工罐、储油罐、油轮油舱等,并适用于制药、啤酒、制奶、饮料等厂的储罐清洗。如增加水的压力和喷嘴直径，还可以清洗三千立方米以下容积的大型储罐。
特点：本型洗罐器设计 ，利用喷嘴喷射水流的反作用力驱动自身旋转，消耗功率小，冲刷力大，具有自动调速特点，效率高，运转稳定。昊星洗罐器结构紧凑，体积小，重量轻，使用维修均方便.

工作压力PN0.3～1.0MPa,工作温度小于100度，自动洗罐器配泵的全流量35～50吨/小时，扬程50～60米，材质采用SUS-304，SUS316L等优质不锈钢,冲洗半径大于8米，水量12吨/小时。使用材质必须符合国家食品相关卫生标准要求,自动洗罐器亦可按用户特殊要求定制。
